Standard shipping is free within the United States. In-stock pieces are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Pre-order or specially arranged pieces use the timing confirmed before payment. Estimated USPS delivery is an additional 2–5 business days after dispatch. We’ll send your tracking number once your package ships. Carrier delays may occur.
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Eligible pieces must be unused, with tags, original packaging, and accessories intact. Customers are responsible for return postage. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request and provide return instructions. Final-sale and personalized pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns and are marked before purchase. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange a resolution.
