We want every VARNA piece to arrive ready to be carried, gifted and remembered.
Condition
Keep it unused.
Eligible pieces must be unused, with tags, original packaging, and accessories intact.
Return shipping
Customer-paid return postage.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request and provide return instructions.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange a resolution.
Refund timing
After inspection.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within five business days after the returned piece is received and inspected. Banks may take additional time to post the credit.
Final sale
Some pieces cannot return.
Final-sale and personalized pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns and are marked before purchase. Used, worn, altered, or damaged-after-delivery pieces cannot be returned. Normal handmade variation is not a defect.
